I am a personal trainer for over 10 years working both in the UK and Europe.

My journey into fitness began alongside an academic path in law, where I learned discipline, critical thinking, and structure. Over time, I realised my passion lay in helping people through movement. Now, I combine thoughtful, analytical coaching with empathy and real-world understanding, supporting clients to feel stronger, more confident, and capable in their own bodies.

I have developed a keen understanding of biomechanics in sports-specific and strength & conditioning training environments. I am an advocate and believer in the benefits of quality movement, performed often and at varying intensities. Above all I emphasise an empathetic approach to health and fitness that encompasses not only physical conditioning but also diet, mental resilience and recovery strategies.

Measurements are crucial for training for several reasons, as they provide objective data to guide progress, ensure safety, and optimise performance.

We will start your routine with a full body MOT and finish your 8 week workout programmes with measurements which includes: Body composition analysis, Strength tests, Cardio fitness tests, Skin fold calliper (optional), Tape measurements (optional). More

As a NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist I possess the tools to help my clients optimise their movement quality and reduce movement habits that create discomfort, increase wear and tear, and interfere with proper movement. More
