A full time Coach for over 10 years working both in the UK and Europe, Dan has developed a keen understanding of biomechanics in sports-specific and strength & conditioning training environments. He is an advocate and believer in the benefits of quality movement, performed often and at varying intensities. Above all he emphasises an empathetic approach to health and fitness that encompasses not only physical conditioning but also diet, mental resilience and recovery strategies.
Dan specialises in both online training/coaching and 1:1 personal training throughout Hertfordshire. A life long fitness fanatic, qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer, Level 1 Crossfit Trainer and NASM Corrective Exercise and Golf Fitness Specialist.
